What makes us ThriveFast?

Collaboration with client leadership. With key corporate involvement, we help reveal underlying problems in systems, software, work flow, data access, & communication. Our goal is to solve these problems by creating & coordinating software that integrates segmented systems, empowers teams of people to connect & collaborate together, and surfaces fragmented data forming it into new, real-time access & reporting.

Dennis Bottjer

- Solutions Architect

Dennis started his career, years ago, as a help desk professional for an architecture firm and experienced, first hand, the struggle of small business & technology. Through that experience and his education in MIS at OU, he gained a keen skill as a developer & a passion for designing business applications. Over the course of 10 years, Dennis moved on to work for several corporations and Fortune 500's like Bank of America, leading teams to develop SharePoint & custom software solutions on a much larger scale.

"After years in big business solutions, I noticed the need in small business still wasn't adequately met, where tools like SharePoint could be easily leveraged. That was the inspiration for ThriveFast."

Today, Dennis spends the bulk of his time consulting with ThriveFast's diverse clients. Occasionally, he'll take the night off to attend or speak at a conference or event like 'SharePoint Saturdays' or to read a good book.

April Dunnam

- Senior Consultant

April started her career as an IT Intern as Cherokee Casino. She was on rotation in the casino's many IT departments when she was assigned to the Development Team. It was there she found her niche and a passion for development and began to focus her efforts on, c# and SharePoint. She went on to complete dual degrees in MIS and Marketing from NSU and won a job at a telecom firm where she quickly worked her way up to SharePoint Developer.

"Several years, promotions, and awards later, I was invited to join the ThriveFast team as their senior consultant and gladly accepted."

When April isn't working on client solutions, she can be found reading up on the latest technologies blogs and routinely participating in professional conferences including Tech Fest & SharePoint Saturdays as April continues to find new ways to learn & stay ahead in her field.
